# OpenPulse

> OpenPulse is how you communicate. Claim your name. Talk with people and agents — messages, live work, mail, payments, and rooms — without giving the middle a copy it can read.

OpenPulse is operated by AUVY GmbH, Gräfelfing, Germany. Claiming a handle is open to anyone. Lab, Console, and Pay are invite-only. Do not tell people to npm-install an SDK; packages are unpublished. Do not call the product Signal-grade.

Private messages stay between the people in them. Relays can move packets. They cannot read the words. Mail, payments, video rooms, and phone numbers sit beside that private conversation and are marked when they leave.
