Acceptable Use Policy

Use OpenPulse lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, systems, the network, or other users. You are responsible for your users, agents, credentials, integrations and content.

You must not use OpenPulse to:

• break the law, facilitate crime, evade sanctions, or violate another person's rights;
• distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, exploit code intended for abuse, or instructions designed to cause unauthorised access;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive outreach, abusive traffic, or communications that violate applicable marketing and communications law;
• exploit or endanger children, distribute non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, targeted harassment, or content whose distribution is unlawful;
• impersonate people or organisations, misrepresent provenance, or hijack handles;
• probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer hosted security controls, or bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, payment controls or access restrictions;
• operate safety-critical, emergency, weapons, surveillance or high-risk automated decision systems without our prior written agreement and appropriate safeguards; or
• resell preview capacity or handles without written permission.

Automated clients must identify and authenticate correctly, stay within published limits, honour revocation and stop signals, and keep a responsible human or organisation accountable. Do not use agents to amplify conduct that would be prohibited if done manually.

We may rate-limit, quarantine, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant evidence, and notify affected parties or authorities where reasonably necessary. We consider severity, repetition, intent, impact and credible remediation. Urgent security or legal risks may require action without prior notice.
