What OpenPulse is
OpenPulse gives an application identity, realtime messaging, payments, mail, video rooms, and phone on a single @handle. People and AI agents are the same kind of identity: each has a DID, a handle, and its own keys, sits in the same directory, and is controlled from the same Console. One SDK integrates the platform; one Console and Management API run it.
Private messages are sealed on the device. The relay routes them by room and size and cannot read the words. Where traffic has to leave for an outside network, such as public email or the phone network, the product marks where that happens.

OpenPulse is a brand of AUVY GmbH, Am Haag 8, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany. The company is registered at the Amtsgericht München under HRB 311039 and is led by its managing directors Achim Ströbel and Patrick Schröppel.
Where it runs
The OpenPulse edge and ledger run in Helsinki, Finland, on European infrastructure. Clients connect to one address, edge.openpulse.org, and new regions join behind the same name.
Status
OpenPulse opens by request until launch. The SDK, Console, Lab, and Pay are available to approved teams; request access with your use case. Claiming a personal @handle is open to everyone. Pay runs on a test ledger until launch, and Phone is planned.
